When reporting an issue, FIRST please consider whether the issue pertains to the CDD or the HOA. Below are some common examples of issues and where you should report them.
AMENITY CENTER/AMENITY ACCESS ISSUES

To report damages at the amenity center, missing/broken furniture, and for questions/concerns regarding maintenance of the amenity center and how to obtain access cards, please contact Access Management:

RECEIVED A VIOLATION LETTER?
Violation letters are sent by the HOA (Homeowners Association) and not by the CDD. Please contact Artemis Lifestyles for questions relating to violation letters, any planned new construction (including pool and/or fence installations), additions, exterior modification to existing structures or landscaping as they must first be reviewed and approved in writing by the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
